- At the heart: You are responsible for reception at the Root location and are in daily contact with people personally, by phone or by email.
- You are also involved in day-to-day business and take on simple operational tasks related to the digitisation of performance documents.
- Thanks to your service standards and your quality demands, we can ensure sustainable customer satisfaction.
- When it comes to process development, you always think one step ahead and drive innovations forward.
- Flexibility and resilience characterise you – even in hectic moments you keep your focus.

- First and foremost: Your commercial basic training forms the solid foundation for this exciting role.
- You express yourself well in German (spoken and written) and like to use your good knowledge of another national language in daily work.
- You have good PC skills and an affinity for various IT tools.

- You are a team player and enjoy working with others.
