Estimator (m/f/d) - bilingual (Italian/German)
Your job
- Independent management of project estimation activities and offer preparation
- Calculation of construction costs
- Requesting and negotiating prices for materials and subcontractors
- Development and definition of construction phases and processes
- Preparation of technical reports
- Verification and processing of offer variants
- Collaboration with consortium partners (ARGE) for the preparation of joint offers
- Collaboration and support for site managers
Your profile
- Experience in carrying out general civil engineering works
- Experience in railway and railway civil engineering works is an advantage but not essential
- Experience in preparing estimates for general civil engineering works and/or railway and railway civil engineering works is an advantage but not essential
- Experience in the railway construction sector
- Completed vocational training in the construction sector, supplemented by further training as a site manager (Bauführer) or estimator
- Several years of practical experience in the construction sector, ideally in general civil engineering and/or railway civil engineering, is an advantage but not essential
- Willingness to work between the Lumino (TI) and Zurich (ZH) sites and to travel regularly between the two locations
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and German
- Precision and a proactive approach to work
