Salary - CHF84,500 - 97,500Our client is an internationally active Swiss mechanical engineering company focusing on highly precise manufacturing and production technologies. Role:
To strengthen the existing team, an additional position in international internal sales is being created. The role combines technical customer support, spare parts business, and export processing, offering a varied range of tasks with high personal responsibility. Thanks to comprehensive training by experienced team members, you can specifically familiarise yourself with the products and internal processes. Responsibilities:
You manage your own national and international customer base and are responsible for order processing from inquiry to invoicing
You clarify technical and commercial customer inquiries regarding spare parts and prepare corresponding offers
You organise national and international deliveries and ensure professional export and shipping processing
You coordinate closely with purchasing, production planning, engineering, warehouse, and freight forwarding to ensure smooth information flow
You follow up on open offers and support customers throughout the entire order process
You coordinate repair orders and their administrative processing
You independently handle complaints, returns, and credit notes
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in internal sales or international order processing, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering
Commercial basic training in a technical or industrial environment and solid professional experience in export and international shipping processing
Technical understanding / enjoyment in advising international customers
Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
Independent, precise, and structured working style
Reliable and communicative personality with strong team orientation
