dahlia oberaargau ag is a company of the Lebensart Foundation. At the four locations Herzogenbuchsee, Niederbipp, Wiedlisbach and Attiswil, we offer around 270 places for people with care and support needs as well as disabilities.

Certified Activation Specialist 90 %

• Initiate, plan and carry out activating daily activities as well as needs-based therapeutic offers at the Wiedlisbach and Niederbipp locations
• Assist in planning and conducting excursions, celebrations and sociocultural events in the activation area
• You support the care team with your expertise in activation
• Maintain contact with voluntary staff
• You take co-responsibility in the training of our HF Activation students

• Completed training as a certified activation specialist HF
• Solid practical experience in the field of activation, ideally with people with physical and cognitive disabilities
• Creativity, commitment and initiative to further develop our offers
• Organisational skills, persuasiveness and high social competence
• A driving licence (category B) and your own vehicle
