HR and Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Independent management of payroll accounting
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Responsibility for time tracking and social security matters
- Maintaining relationships and handling internal and external enquiries and complaints
- VAT accounting including account reconciliation
- Other administrative tasks including further responsibilities in accounting (e.g. subsidiary ledgers) depending on experience and individual preferences
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training
- Further training in HR or accounting is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in HR or financial accounting
- Advanced MS Office and ERP knowledge (especially Abacus)
- Independent, organised and responsible working style
