Your Tasks

• Customer care: Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships
• New customer acquisition: Acquisition and development of new customer contacts
• Sales and consulting: Presentation and sale of products and services
• Sales responsibility: Achievement of agreed sales and revenue targets
• Territory management: Independent planning and organisation of customer visits
• Offer management: Preparation, follow-up and negotiation of offers
• Market observation: Analysis of market trends, customer needs and competitors
• Administration and reporting: Documentation of customer visits, CRM maintenance and sales reports

Your Profile

• Completed technical vocational training, preferably in mechanical engineering, plant or apparatus construction
• Commercial or technical further education
• Several years of professional experience in sales field service in the industrial sector
• Negotiation-level language skills in German/English and French at least B2
• Quick comprehension, goal orientation and high initiative
• Entrepreneurial, structured and solution-oriented thinking
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Solid MS Office and ERP experience (preferably SelectLine)
