Introduction

On behalf of our client, a likeable, renowned and rapidly growing Spitex organisation (PA model) with a friendly corporate culture, we are looking to expand the team in Zurich (central location, parking available) with an experienced qualified nurse HF/BSc Nursing as Nursing Controller InterRAI and WZW (80-100%)

Type of Work

In this versatile position, you will review and analyse nursing services in terms of effectiveness, appropriateness and cost-efficiency (WZW), thereby making a central contribution to quality assurance and the sustainable development of the organisation. You assess nursing needs, check the consistency between assessment, care planning, service recording and documentation, and identify optimisation potential at an early stage.
A key focus of your work is the professional review of InterRAI assessments and the resulting nursing care planning. You support nursing professionals with technical questions regarding assessments and documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal standards and processes. Furthermore, you conduct systematic spot checks and plausibility controls, prepare evaluations and key figures, and work closely with nursing management, quality management and health insurance management. In case of queries from health insurers, you provide your professional expertise and deliver well-founded decision-making bases for complex nursing cases.

Requirements Profile

To be successful in this exciting role, you have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or have a comparable recognised nursing qualification. In addition, you bring several years of professional experience in outpatient care, quality management, nursing controlling or a comparable function, which you have ideally already gained in the Spitex environment. We expect sound knowledge of the WZW criteria as well as experience with InterRAI assessments and nursing needs assessment. Ideally, you are also familiar with the requirements of outpatient care and the interrelationships between care planning, documentation, service recording and billing. You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented and know how to assess technically complex matters precisely and communicate appropriately to the target audience. A strong quality awareness, initiative and enjoyment in the continuous improvement of processes complete your profile.
