For a prestigious private family, we are looking for several Lodge Security Officers to ensure surveillance, access control and the general security of a private property.

You will work in a particularly demanding environment where discretion, vigilance, confidentiality and excellence of service are essential.



Responsibilities

  • Ensure surveillance of the property and its access points
  • Control the entry and exit of people, visitors and service providers
  • Welcome and direct visitors professionally
  • Maintain a permanent presence at the security post / lodge
  • Ensure compliance with security procedures and instructions
  • Identify and report any unusual situations
  • React calmly and professionally in case of incidents
  • Ensure communication between different teams
  • Guarantee absolute confidentiality regarding the family, their guests and their habits
  • Maintain a presentation and quality of welcome corresponding to the standards of a high-end private residence


    • Profile

  • Proven experience in private security, ideally with VIP clients, private residences, luxury hotels or luxury environments
  • Excellent presentation and sense of service
  • Great discretion and strict respect for confidentiality
  • Vigilance, composure and excellent observation skills
  • Reliable, punctual and rigorous person
  • Ability to work in a team and ensure precise handovers
  • Fluent French, English appreciated
  • Availability to work according to a rotating schedule, day and night, weekends and public holidays

    The security system operates 24/7. Officers work in shifts to guarantee continuous presence on the property.

    What we are looking for

    Beyond security skills, we seek professionals able to integrate the codes of a very high-end private environment. Discretion, courtesy, anticipation and attention to detail will be as important as technical skills.

    Confidentiality regarding the family’s identity and the work environment must be absolutely respected.
