This is what your new working day with us looks like

• Professional support and accompaniment of our clients in the areas of living, coping with everyday life, personal care, leisure and life design
• Co-design, organisation and implementation of activities and leisure offers within the framework of the day structure
• Promoting inclusion and social participation through active networking and cooperation
• Guided assumption of responsibility – key worker role and interdisciplinary collaboration with guardianships, relatives and specialist agencies
• Active implementation of our values as well as the quality management system

What we wish from you

• Completed vocational training or secondary school leaving certificate – possibility to prepare for training in the social field
• Enjoyment of professional and individual relationships with people requiring assistance
• Motivation and ability to act with a focus on self-determination and participation of clients
• Emotional stability, assertiveness, flexibility and a good sense of humour
• Driving licence category B
• Good German skills in spoken and written form as well as PC user skills (M365)
