Legal Assistant / Executive Assistant (50–100%)

For our established law firm based in Küsnacht, we are seeking a reliable, discreet and committed individual to support the management and our team of lawyers, starting immediately or by arrangement.

In this versatile role, you will take on administrative, organisational and coordinative tasks and contribute significantly to the smooth running of the firm. You will support the management and lawyers in all administrative matters, coordinate appointments and meetings, undertake organisational duties and actively participate in the day-to-day operations of the firm. Additionally, you will manage client files, independently handle correspondence with clients, authorities, courts and external parties, and assist with invoicing as well as monitoring debtors and creditors. Organising internal events and general office administration tasks also form part of your responsibilities.

You have completed commercial training or paralegal education, the Matura (possibly a degree), and possess the relevant qualifications. You have excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, are proficient with common MS Office applications, and work in a structured, independent and reliable manner. Discretion, organisational talent and a sense of responsibility are natural to you, as is a friendly, service-oriented manner and the ability to work well in a team.
