ESG Officer
In this dynamic role, you are responsible for implementing ESG topics, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring that BMW Financial Services (Switzerland) AG and Alphabet Fleet Management (Switzerland) AG comply with the industry’s sustainability regulations. Through cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across the company, you will play a crucial role in shaping sustainability planning.
What can you expect?
- You are the central point of contact for all matters related to sustainability and ensure a consistent overview of all initiatives and their status in the ESG area.
- You are responsible for the continuous improvement of the ESG roadmap, guided by best practices.
- You ensure the timely reporting of relevant ESG data.
- You manage internal stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of all measures.
- You are part of the central ESG community of the BMW Group.
- You continuously inform yourself about ESG regulations, trends, and industry benchmarks.
What can you impress us with?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field and at least 3 years of experience, preferably in the financial services or automotive industry.
- Proven ESG expertise acquired through formal education or previous professional experience.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies, policies, and programmes.
- Strong project management skills to navigate the dynamic business environment.
- Innovative mindset and passion for implementing new ideas and driving organisational change.
- Ability to succeed under pressure and proven commitment to delivering results.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills as well as fluent language skills in English and German.
