Tasks

• You are responsible for 1st-/2nd-level support for SAP key users and end users according to the incident process (Jira) with a focus on SAP Retail (MM/SD) as well as for cross-departmental topics
• You support the SAP basis team in system monitoring, SAP user management, and other operational tasks
• You create, maintain, and update documentation to ensure knowledge transfer
• You coordinate collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and service providers

Requirements

• You have completed IT training and/or a comparable further education
• You bring several years of experience as an SAP module administrator or supporter (SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA) in the mentioned modules and topics
• Ideally, you have experience in the retail environment
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written; additional national languages are an advantage
• You work solution-oriented and convince with a strong service and customer focus
• You communicate proactively and appropriately with different stakeholders
