WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE

• Create solution designs for our customers: Advise our customers independently in workshops and create professional and technical solution designs based on ServiceNow. 
• Review and develop solutions: Implement smart, innovative ServiceNow solutions in collaboration with our business consultants from various industries. 
• Advise on ServiceNow matters: Conduct ServiceNow consulting and implementation with focuses such as Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, Security Operations, Integrated Risk Management/Governance, Risk and Compliance and/or IT Service Management. 
• Further develop ServiceNow at adesso: Actively support the establishment of a ServiceNow team. 
• Leadership: In suitable projects, you take on the professional leadership of teams.
• Share your knowledge: Take on sponsorship and active knowledge transfer for future Technical Consultants ServiceNow. 
• Advance our ServiceNow partnership: Support the expansion of the partnership with ServiceNow.

HOW YOU SUCCEED

• Studies and qualifications: You have successfully completed a (technical) university degree in (business) informatics or comparable fields.
• ServiceNow experience: At least six years of experience in a consulting environment with a focus on ServiceNow (acquisition, initiation and planning, conception, implementation and operation)
• Certifications: Certified in ServiceNow as Certified System Administrator, additional certifications as Certified Implementation Specialist (e.g. ITSM, CSM, FSM, SIR, IRM/GRC) or Certified Application Developer are desirable
• Technical knowledge: Very good knowledge in dealing with solution and interface concepts as well as industry standards such as ITIL, BPMN, JavaScript and SQL
• Innovation: For analytical problems, you find structured and also unusual new solution approaches.
• Project methods: Proven experience in project methods (Waterfall, Scrum or Hybrid), ideally certified in PRINCE2 and/or PMI and/or Scrum 
• AI competence: You have in-depth AI expertise, actively shape its responsible use in your area of responsibility and act as an enabler for customers as well as internally at adesso.
• Language skills: Very good German and good English skills
