What you can achieve

• Ensuring peace, order and security in asylum accommodations, at events or in public spaces
• Patrols, access controls and presence duties
• De-escalating behaviour in challenging situations
• Contact person for residents, visitors and authorities

What you bring:

• Minimum age 18 years
• Completed vocational training or comparable qualification
• Impeccable character (debt-free and no criminal record)
• Swiss citizen or C permit, EU/EFTA B permit
• Driving licence category B
• Basic knowledge of Office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook
• Confident German in spoken and written form
• You enjoy working in a team but also independently
• Communicative, good manners
• Neat appearance and confident demeanour
• Willingness to work irregular hours (including evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays)
• Resilience, sense of responsibility and high social competence
• Technical aptitude to operate systems such as fire and alarm systems
