For our ROSSMANN branch in the Basel area, we are looking for a flexible, responsible, and motivated individual as Branch Manager (m/f/d) with 100% starting 01.01.2027 or by arrangement.

• You lead, coach, and motivate your team and always have an open ear for your employees’ concerns. Supporting and developing your team is close to your heart.
• You analyse the business key figures, derive the right measures, and thus ensure the economic success of your branch.
• You are responsible for the successful implementation of our concepts and ensure the highest quality standards – from product presentation to customer service.
• As a role model, you get involved yourself and, together with your team, ensure a thoroughly positive shopping experience.

• You have completed training in retail (e.g. as a druggist or in a related sector) and have solid leadership experience.
• You are an entrepreneurial-minded person who knows how to inspire a team and lead it to common goals – you also see your own development as part of your success.
• Numbers, data, and facts are the basis for your goal-oriented decisions.
• You communicate confidently in German.
