Tasks

Be the go-to contact for our customers and their inquiries.
Handle phone calls and emails with care and professionalism.
Provide advice in German and either Italian or French.

Skills

Fluent in Swiss German, German, and either Italian or French.
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work in a hybrid model, mainly from home.
