Are you a service-oriented all-round IT specialist with a flair for industry and commerce? Are you an expert in M365, IT infrastructure, customer understanding, a lateral thinker and a doer? Then we are looking for you! Strengthen and lead our small but excellent IT team at the Uster location.

What you can achieve

• Responsibility and active participation in secure IT operations with high availability
• Operational support, maintenance, and further development of IT systems and infrastructure
• Leading and developing employees according to Bachofen's leadership processes
• Active role in IT projects and company projects with IT relevance
• Organising and implementing user support
• Cost centre responsibility including budgeting and investments
• Establishing collaboration with the parent company Dexis and evaluating economies of scale

What you bring with you

• Education, further training or studies in the field of computer science or equivalent experience
• At least three years of experience in a comparable field with leadership experience
• General knowledge in systems engineering, M365 environment as well as experience in ERP – Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is an advantage
• High initiative as well as leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, careful and responsible working style
• Willingness to actively and hands-on participate in day-to-day business
• Very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
