We are a dynamic and rapidly growing service company in the healthcare sector. We offer doctors, dentists and other clients throughout Switzerland innovative billing and debt collection services. Our offer covers the complete management of our clients' fee claims, from printing and sending invoices to collecting debts.

To strengthen our customer service, we are looking immediately or for a date to be agreed upon for a motivated and committed individual as Customer Service Manager.

Your tasks

• Independent management of billing processes within factoring as well as debt collection files in the pre-litigation and litigation phases
• Analysis of outstanding debts and implementation of recovery measures adapted to each situation – with a solution-oriented mindset and a great deal of tact
• Direct contact with clients, patients, health insurance companies and authorities – by phone and in writing
• Professional and service-oriented communication, representing mediserv as a competent contact person
• Improvement proposals aimed at increasing service quality and designing efficient processes

Your profile

• You have completed commercial or medical training
• You are a native French speaker and have good knowledge of German
• Ideally, you have experience in debt collection
• You know how to prioritise and have an eye for detail
• You are communicative and open
• You enjoy working in a team while appreciating autonomy
• You demonstrate precision and have a sense of coordination
