Business Analyst Compliance Anti-Money Laundering (m/f/d /80%/ Zurich
Project: For a banking client in Zurich, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to strengthen a DevOps team in the Compliance area.

The focus is on the further development of a productive anti-money laundering platform. You analyse and structure regulatory requirements, coordinate implementation with Compliance, IT and external partners, and accompany the requirements through to acceptance.
Start: 01.11.2026 | Duration: 12 months | Workload: 80% | Location: Zurich

Tasks:

• Analysis, structuring and prioritisation of compliance requirements
• Creation of use cases, user stories and business concepts
• Coordination with Compliance, IT, vendors and other stakeholders
• Ensuring traceability of regulatory requirements through to implementation
• Creation of test cases as well as support of implementation, testing and acceptance
• Classification and support of new initiatives and quick wins in the SAFe/DevOps environment
• Working with Jira and Confluence

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the Swiss financial sector
• Sound methodological knowledge in business analysis and SAFe/Agile
• Experience in analysing and documenting complex requirements
• Confident handling of demanding stakeholders in a complex environment
• Experience in collaboration with IT teams and external vendors
• Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Experience in compliance/AML topics or regulatory requirements in banking

Languages:

• German: Business fluent C2
  English: Business fluent C1
