Nooch Asian Kitchen, one of the oldest food concepts of the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was founded in 2004 and has since brought the diversity of Asian street food to Switzerland. The offer ranges from fresh noodle, rice and soup dishes to various curries. Guests can choose to enjoy their favourite dishes directly on site at the small sushi bar or conveniently take away their order. The restaurant at Aarbergergasse in Bern invites you to relax with 80 seats in the restaurant, 55 in the courtyard and 70 seats on the terrace. In addition, the team is also responsible for guests' take-away orders.

Your versatile tasks:
You keep the kitchen operations on track and constantly find new ways to make them even better 🍳
You are responsible for inventory management – from goods receipt to stock control 📦
You assist in recruiting new kitchen staff and ensure our team is well positioned, communicating in German and English.🧑
You lead, train and support our multicultural kitchen team with passion so that everyone can give their best 🎓 . You also actively cook with your team during service times!
You manage the kitchen in line with our business policy principles and guidelines – quality and efficiency are always your priorities 📜
Your talents & experience:
2–3 years as head chef or in a similar position, plus a completed chef apprenticeship – ideally with further training as a federal head chef
Experience in Asian cuisine (Sushi 🍣, Wok 🔥) is an advantage.
You are a communicative leader with a hands-on mentality and inspire your team every day 🙌
Affinity for numbers and IT (Microsoft programmes 💻) is just as much your thing as process thinking in system catering 🔄
You know Swiss food laws and hygiene standards like the back of your hand 🇨🇭
You bring creativity and passion for Asian cuisine and want to be part of an innovative team 🌟
