In the RONDO Academy, you develop modern learning offerings and make technical know-how understandable and tangible. In doing so, you actively shape the development of our Academy and pass on your knowledge internally as well as to our customers worldwide.

This activity is your passion

• Develop learning offerings
  You design practical learning paths and certification levels for our Master Baker and Service Technician training programmes.
• Create learning content
  You prepare technical knowledge methodically and didactically and develop clear and attractive training content from it.
• Impart knowledge
  You conduct training sessions and courses, both internally at RONDO and directly at our customers’ sites.
• Advance digital learning
  You further develop digital learning formats and use modern learning tools to convey knowledge in a contemporary and effective manner.
• Manage learning platform
  You work with our Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure that content and data are kept up to date and structured.
• Shape the RONDO Academy
  You actively contribute your ideas and experiences and participate in the further development and long-term growth of our Academy.

Your expertise convinces us

• Technical background
  You have completed a technical apprenticeship or a school-leaving certificate and have a strong interest in technical contexts.
• Experience in training and content
  You bring experience from technical documentation, media design, e-learning, training, or technical customer service.
• Didactic know-how
  You know how to impart knowledge sustainably and have proven methodological and didactic skills. Experience in adult education is an advantage.
• Digital competence
  You are open to new technologies, familiar with digital learning tools, and understand how to sensibly integrate digital possibilities into learning concepts.
• Conceptual strength
  You think in a structured and conceptual way, have project management experience, and like to implement ideas yourself.
• Confident appearance
  You enjoy presenting, can convey complex content clearly, and communicate confidently in German and English.
