Renet AG, with its over 30 employees, is the local telecommunications provider in Oberaargau, based in Langenthal. Founded in 2004, Renet operates its own high-performance fibre optic cable network. Through this state-of-the-art infrastructure, data signals are distributed to the communities and customers are supplied with the most modern and multiple award-winning Quickline products (Internet, TV/Radio, Mobile).

For this customer-oriented, innovative and varied role, you bring:

• Apprenticeship as a retail specialist or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in telecommunications and multimedia electronics is an advantage
• Willingness, enjoyment and ability to work customer-oriented combined with negotiation skills and closing strength
• Enthusiasm for technology and support
• Administrative experience and advanced IT skills
• Resilience, flexibility, adaptability, reliability, openness to new things
• Independent and goal-oriented working

You are passionate about

• friendly and competent interaction with our customers
• advising on Quickline and additional products with active sales in our shop
• support and services for products and devices
• administrative processes in the shop (including registrations, CRM, workflows, ticketing)
• accounting processes in the shop (including invoice enquiries, cash register system)
