«Zäme witercho» - At the Schlossmatt Center, around 300 employees from various fields work daily for the well-being of 186 residents. Our care center specializes in the complex care of people with multiple disabilities, dementia care, as well as rapid emergency admissions and short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, our roof also houses a day center, a daycare, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.What does your daily routine look like?
- You can expect a very varied training; no day is like the other!
- For the most part, you perform basic nursing tasks (support with personal hygiene, feeding, mobility) and assist the residents in their daily lives.
- Administrative tasks are also part of it, as well as household duties.
- Depending on your training level, you perform medical-technical tasks such as injections, dressing changes, or blood draws.
What qualifications do you bring?
- You enjoy working with people who have disabilities.
- You are reliable, motivated, and a team player.
- You are physically and mentally resilient.
- You are a communicative, open, and cheerful person.
- You have good German skills and understand Swiss German.
- You are aware that various shifts must be worked (e.g., weekends or split shifts).
- The commute to the various educational partners (company in Burgdorf, vocational school in Langenthal, inter-company course in Köniz) is manageable for you.
