About the job
Montessori l’Etincelle is located in Coppet, between lake and mountains, close to the
historic town centre, and the Geneva-Lausanne CFF line.
We welcome children aged 3 to 6 years, in a bilingual French-English Montessori environment,
and follow the recommendations of the International Montessori Association, in order to
bring to life today the pedagogy of Maria Montessori and her vision of education.
Position:
We are looking for a professional to support a child with special needs.
This is a personalised support for the child.
Profile
We seek to complete our team with a dynamic person, with a team spirit, collaborative and caring:
– Training: an AMI Montessori diploma for children aged 3 to 6 years or equivalent.
Training for children with special needs is a plus.
– We are looking for an organised person, with good adaptability, a strong team spirit to collaborate with our classroom educators, as well as with the rest of
the school team. This person will be creative, caring, able to take initiatives while remaining attentive to children and adults. We also require prior experience in a Montessori school.
– Languages: French with the child and English is a plus
– Must have Swiss or European nationality or a valid work permit
– Start date: 02/02/2026
