Your tasks

• Advising and supporting managers on all HR-relevant topics
• Supporting and advising employees in the area of responsibility throughout the entire HR life cycle
• Initiating, accompanying and successfully leading change and organisational development processes
• Initiating, accompanying and optimising the annual HR processes
• Leading or participating in various HR projects, partly across locations with other TRUMPF companies and the headquarters

What we are looking for

• Completed further training in the personnel field (at least federal specialist certificate level) or (technical) university degree with a focus on Human Resources
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Confident communication skills in German and English
• Dynamic, empathetic and team-oriented personality
• Proactive, solution-oriented and reliable working style, high degree of independence as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Ideally Workday knowledge (CRM)
