The Salome Brunner Foundation is committed to around 300 children and adolescents with speech development disorders and learning difficulties. With our various schools, we see ourselves as an important part of the educational landscape of the canton of Bern. The Wabern Speech Therapy School is a special public school for children and adolescents with a complex speech development disorder as well as an intellectual disability and comprises 21 classes from primary level to the vocational preparation school year (BVS). Small classes allow for addressing the individual needs of the students. Speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy are provided as individual therapy. Tasks

- 12 lessons of speech therapy with students of middle and upper levels - Working days are Tuesday and Thursday, which could possibly be adjusted - The students have a speech acquisition disorder and a cognitive impairment - Each student attends 2 therapy lessons per week

Requirements

- completed studies in speech therapy - joy and interest in working with children and adolescents with special needs in the areas of language, communication, behavior, and learning - open, team-oriented, and flexible
