Do you love working with people, are a good listener and able to inspire others? Do you enjoy selling, approach customers openly, and find 3D printing not just "quite interesting" but really want to understand all that is possible with it?

Then we might be a great match.

We are looking for an open, communicative personality who supports, advises, and turns prospects into satisfied customers in both the B2C and B2B sectors. With us, you won’t just sit behind a screen: you will make calls, advise in the showroom, and engage with people at events.

Your Tasks

• You advise and support our B2C and B2B customers by phone, email, and in person in our showroom.
• You identify what a customer really needs and find the right solution from our range.
• You accompany leads from the first contact to a successful conclusion.
• You assist management in supporting and acquiring B2B customers and key accounts.
• You prepare offers, follow up, and stay on top of things – friendly, reliable, and with a sales instinct.
• You present our products at events, open days, trade fairs, or customer appointments and have no problem being in the spotlight.
• You work closely with technical, marketing, and e-commerce teams.
• You take on the related customer administration and work with Bexio and our internal systems, among others.

What You Bring

• You really enjoy selling. You want to advise, convince, and close deals.
• You can adapt to different customer types, are communicative, extroverted, and enjoy actively approaching people – from private 3D printing beginners to professional industrial customers.
• You have a strong interest in technology, especially 3D printing. Ideally, you have already engaged with it before the interview.
• You work independently, reliably, and keep an overview even when the phone rings, a customer is in the showroom, and three quotes are still open.
• English is a must. You can communicate confidently both orally and in writing and understand technical information.
• Any additional Swiss national language is also very welcome.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or a comparable role is an advantage.
