• You handle demanding, insurance-related matters and manage files neatly, structured, and comprehensibly
• You carefully check incoming documents, assess benefit claims, and make corresponding decisions
• You move confidently and professionally in close exchange with internal specialist departments as well as external contacts
• You confidently prepare written and telephone information, orders, as well as informational and decision letters
• You use your language skills in German and French daily and intensively in customer contact
• You actively contribute in specialist meetings and participate in the further development and optimisation of processes and work tools

Requirements Profile

• You have successfully completed your commercial basic training or have a comparable education in the health or insurance environment
• Ideally, you already have initial experience in an insurance-related function - motivated career changers with suitable aptitude are also welcome!
• In addition to very good German skills, you also have good to very good knowledge of French
• Working independently, structured, and reliably comes easily to you - even when several tasks run in parallel
• With a high quality and service awareness, teamwork, discretion, and a precise working method, you convince in everyday life
