Rethinking day structure – with leadership strength, innovative spirit and focus on self-determination
The Seehalde Foundation in Seon and Rombach (AG) is a social organisation for around 70 people with support needs. Both in the residential area and in the day structure, it places people with their individual biographies, abilities and development resources at the centre. The approximately 130 employees accompany the people on their path to the greatest possible freedom. The Seehalde Foundation sees itself as a lively and innovative place where people can develop their potential.
For the day structure area with around 70 people with support needs, we are looking for a committed and innovative personality as soon as possible or by arrangement as
Offer Manager Day Structure
In this newly created role, you will take on a central role in the upcoming change process of the day structure. Based on the existing offer strategy, you will design and manage the organisational and conceptual further development of the offer as well as the planned merger of the two locations Rombach and Seon. In doing so, you succeed in winning employees over to change, providing orientation and developing a shared, cooperative and learning-oriented team culture. At the same time, you bear overall responsibility for the day structure offer area and lead around 30 employees professionally, personally and organisationally together with your deputies. You will specifically develop your teams further and jointly shape a participation-oriented offer in accordance with the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. In close cooperation with the management, you will implement the offer strategy.
You have solid leadership experience and have already successfully designed and implemented demanding change processes. With your transformational leadership understanding, you succeed in involving employees in change processes, constructively addressing resistance and jointly developing viable solutions. Your working style is networked, innovative and relationship-oriented, and you enjoy actively shaping future-proof offers. Openness to modern anthroposophical impulses rounds off your profile.
You will receive a high degree of creative freedom, actively shape organisational development and benefit from a modern leadership culture, further training and regulated office hours. A job-sharing model is basically possible for this role.
We look forward to receiving your complete application documents (including photo) in a PDF file.
