Project Manager: Civil Engineering
Your contribution with us
- Overall management of demanding projects in civil engineering with high technical complexity
- Technical and personnel leadership of project teams as well as professional control of all internal and external interfaces
- Ensuring efficient project execution while adhering to cost, schedule, quality and safety requirements
- Responsibility for proactive contract, risk and change order management
- Proactive, solution-oriented collaboration with clients, authorities and other stakeholders
- Strategic resource planning as well as support of construction execution until successful handover
What counts for us
- Several years of experience as a project manager in civil engineering
- Successful management of complex construction projects as main project manager or experienced site manager with a significant investment volume
- Higher technical education in construction as a civil engineer or an equivalent qualification
- Strong leadership skills and communication competence in dealing with diverse stakeholders
- Decisiveness, negotiation skills, assertiveness and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Fluent German language skills complete your profile
