Would you like to be at the heart of the action and actively shape the future of the Life division at Zurich Switzerland?

In this role, you are part of the Life business unit within ZLIC Projects & CEO Office and actively contribute to the further development of Zurich Switzerland.

You support the management team and gain comprehensive insights into the activities of the individual areas. You act as a hub, actively participate in strategic initiatives and take on coordination with those responsible from various business units as well as the CEO Office.

What to expect

• You act as strategic management support and sparring partner

• You create analyses, presentations and develop decision-making bases for the C-level management
• You design events and workshops (All-Hands, Leadership Days etc.) in content in collaboration with the relevant internal partners
• You drive strategic initiatives proactively and independently across divisions and in interdisciplinary teams
• You plan and are responsible for communication activities and channels in Life

What distinguishes you

• University degree or equivalent qualification as well as 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in management consulting or in the insurance or financial sector
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as networking competence
• Structured, independent and detail-oriented working style with a clear focus on deliverables
• Excellent MS Office user skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills and high energy level, combined with perfect German and English skills, French is an advantage
