As a Business Line Sales Manager, you will support the implementation of the service strategy and ensure service growth across Business Line, globally.
You will lead proactive sales development and growth initiatives for high potential installed base. Together with the key stakeholders you will define long-term sales plans, targets and competence development needs. Success is measured by targets follow-up, customer engagement and building long-term relationship with key accounts.
In addition to direct line management and regular customer visits, this is a collaborative and influence-based role, where you will work across organizational levels and divisions to achieve business results.
Location
This role is open globally with primary locations preferably based in one of our back-end service locations: Vittuone (Italy), Helsinki (Finland), or Västerås (Sweden). The work model is hybrid #LI-hybrid. International travel is a requirement, depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define Business Line sales targets and follow up for base services and proactive sales planning
- Build and train effective sales network for installed base and growth initiatives in collaboration with local countries and Regions
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, Region Service and Sales Managers to align priorities, direction and targets.
Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent technical or business degree
- 10+ years of experience in a technical, service, or sales role in an international organization
- Understanding of heavy industry B2B business, preferably from motors and generators, rotating equipment and related after sales activities
- Solid track record from stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority
- Fluency in English, with willingness to travel internationally as per business needs
