What you accomplish

• You supervise and support our clients throughout the training process, develop training programmes and motivate our clients as a provider of excellence
• You are responsible for implementing and respecting operational processes, manage your employees and apprentices, and actively participate in their development
• You ensure cleanliness and hygiene within the studio
• You handle various administrative tasks, prepare contracts and maintain active contact with clients
• You implement the company strategy and represent the company internally and externally

What you bring

• Education: Completed initial or further training
• Specialisation: Fitness instructor training (certificate recognised in Switzerland - CFC or similar) with valid BLS/AED certification
• Professional experience: As well as experience in a similar position Many years of management experience
• You have very good knowledge of the sector, a good network and excellent sales skills
• You have a service mindset above average and good persuasive power
• You are flexible and happy to work evenings as well as weekends and public holidays
• You are loyal and serve as a role model for your employees and our clients
• French (B1)
