Your Area of Responsibility
- Deputising for the residential group manager in
organisational and professional leadership of a
residential group with 25 residents - Taking over daily responsibility and direct involvement in care and in
interprofessional collaboration - Coordinating workflows and ensuring
high-quality care and support for our
residents and their relatives - Contact person for residents, relatives, key persons and other stakeholders
- Shaping and further developing the residential group and the care team
- Participating in working groups and projects – ideas and input are welcome
Your Competences
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or diploma as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH.
- Further training in leadership or willingness to undertake such training
- Empathetic and resilient personality who cares deeply about the care and support of elderly people
- High social competence and team spirit; as a motivating and enabling personality, you succeed in accompanying and developing staff
- Organisational talent with a strong awareness of quality and the ability for conceptual and interdisciplinary thinking
