In this central and versatile role, we are looking for you as the first point of contact for customers and visitors. In addition to classic reception duties, are you also particularly interested in administrative and organizational tasks? We are excited to meet you!

This is a permanent position with a monthly salary, with working days on Monday and Tuesday.

• You keep track – answering calls, forwarding them, and ensuring smooth communication.
• You organize systematically – processing emails, mail, and courier deliveries efficiently and reliably.
• You manage access – carefully and accurately managing badges and access rights.
• You bring structure – taking on various administrative tasks and keeping operations running.

• You have completed a commercial basic education.
• You bring several years of experience in the service sector.
• You communicate confidently in German – additional languages are a plus.
• You are well-versed in MS Office.
• You are customer-oriented, service-minded, and think along.
