Your Tasks

Building Maintenance and Repairs

• Carrying out minor conversions, repairs and touch-ups
• Performing carpentry, plastering, painting and masonry work on a small scale
• Rectifying defects in apartments, common areas and technical rooms
• Assisting with renovations as well as apartment inspections and handovers

Property Management

• Ongoing inspection and maintenance of the managed properties
• Operation and simple maintenance of building services systems
• Identifying, reporting and co-ordinating faults
• Ensuring a well-maintained and functional appearance of the properties

Grounds Maintenance

• Care of green spaces, shrubs and flower beds
• Lawn mowing and pruning
• Cleaning of entrance areas, stairwells, basements and common areas
• Winter services and general grounds maintenance

Coordination and Collaboration

• Supervising and monitoring external craftsmen and specialist companies
• On-site contact person for tenants, owners and service providers
• Close co-operation with property management
• Documentation and feedback on completed work and identified defects

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) in a craft, for example as a carpenter, joiner, plasterer, bricklayer or in a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in building maintenance, caretaking or in the construction and craft sector
• Independent, reliable and careful way of working
• Practical skills and enthusiasm for hands-on work
• Strong service orientation and friendly demeanour
• Team player with good communication skills in dealing with tenants, owners, colleagues and specialist companies
• Organisational and co-ordination skills
• Driving licence category B
• Good command of German, spoken and written
