Frischknecht Consulting for Language Training – since 1983 a family business for customised language stays at home and abroad. From our office in Rapperswil-Jona (SG) we serve a well-established clientele of cantonal and vocational schools from all over Switzerland as well as private customers planning an individual language stay abroad.

To strengthen our small, well-coordinated team, we are looking for a committed individual who will passionately and competently manage our group business as well as our private customers.

Your tasks

Independent handling and management of group travel – from consultation to execution

Written, telephone and personal advice for new customers

Collaboration with partner schools abroad, as well as contacts at Swiss cantonal and vocational schools

Representation of our company at information events

Preparation and delivery of customer presentations at cantonal and vocational schools (occasionally in the evenings)

Accompanying management to an annual professional congress abroad

Deputising for management during holiday absences

Your profile

Several years of experience in the language travel or travel industry, ideally with reference to the Swiss market – this is a basic requirement for us

Fluent German and business fluent English in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage

Proficient use of MS Office

Communicative, reliable personality with strong advisory skills and confident demeanour

Precise, reliable working style even under high workload

Willingness to travel, time flexibility and readiness for occasional overtime (compensation of course)
