Your tasks:
As a "Specialist Administration Legal Procedures and Applications" you ensure the legally compliant, efficient and high-quality handling of study-related applications and legal procedures at the Study Centre. You support the study and programme management in administrative-legal matters, coordinate objection and disciplinary procedures and contribute to the continuous development of processes and legal foundations. In addition, you act as a contact person for legal matters in the study operations.
You take on the following main tasks:
- Processing of student applications and preparation of approvals in consultation with the study management
- Organisation and implementation of legal procedures in the training area as well as preparation of orders for the study management
- Coordination and processing of student objection procedures
- Providing administrative support for study and programme management in legal matters
- Participation in updating legal foundations (e.g. study and examination regulations, regulations, guidelines)
- Function as a contact person for legal procedures and conducting clarifications with the legal service
- Application and support of the internal plagiarism detection software as a PowerUser*
- General administrative tasks related to the respective work packages
Your profile:
You have the following qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial basic training EFZ
- Proven further education in the field of law and/or public administration
- Knowledge and basic understanding in dealing with laws, regulations etc. as well as experience in process management
- Several years of professional experience as a caseworker is an advantage
- Proven experience in leading and moderating conversations
- Confident and professional appearance as well as good language skills in German (spoken and written)
- Strong interest in legal issues and procedural processes
- Ability to recognise complex and dynamic requirements as an opportunity and to use them proactively
- High flexibility, independence and personal responsibility
- Confident use of M365 products and motivation to familiarise yourself with new digital tools and use them purposefully
