The motto of the Wiesner Gastronomy Family (FWG) is: „Creating moments that make life more colourful.“ FWG is an innovative player in system gastronomy and known for exciting concepts. Since the early 1990s, it has been successfully active in the Swiss market and has been led in the second generation by brothers Manuel and Daniel Wiesner since 2020. Guests are pampered with a variety of culinary concepts from around the world. FWG places special focus on central locations that are also optimally suited for take-away and delivery business. Currently, FWG operates 33 locations, offers five food brands, and employs over 700 staff from around 68 different nations.
We are looking for a motivated person from 15 November 2026, or by arrangement, a
Teamguide Operational Excellence (a) 80-100%
You will lead our Operational Excellence team and, together with your team, take responsibility for the operational development of our restaurants. You will regularly be on site, close to the teams, ensuring that ideas, standards, and changes are successfully implemented.
Your diverse tasks:
- You lead, coach, and develop the Operational Excellence team and create the conditions for the sustainable success of our restaurants 🤝
- Together with your team, you are responsible for the operational performance of our restaurants and personally support selected establishments. You always keep an eye on sales, costs, quality, and guest experience 📈
- You further develop the Operational Excellence strategy and ensure that standards, processes, and changes are successfully implemented in our establishments 🚀
- You analyse key figures, guest feedback, and operational challenges, derive effective measures from them, and actively drive optimisations 💡
- You lead cross-departmental projects, are responsible for operational project management during new openings, and bring new ideas, trends, and best practices into the organisation together with our teams ✨
Your talents and experience:
- You have completed training at G3 level, HF Hotel and Gastronomy, or a comparable qualification 🎯
- Ideally, you have additionally furthered your education at CAS or FH level 📚
- You bring several years of experience in managing multiple decentralised establishments and move confidently between strategy and operational day-to-day 🍣
- You have pronounced analytical skills, a strong affinity for numbers, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting 📈
- You are implementation-strong, like to get involved, take responsibility, and enjoy actively driving change 🚀
