Your Tasks
- Customer consulting in the field of telecommunications and patient/resident call systems
- Long-term care and maintenance of existing customer relationships
- Independent implementation of medium and large ICT projects
- Preparation of offers, contracts and billing
- Conducting supplier negotiations
- Leadership and support of directly subordinate employees
- Responsibility for time, budget and quality of projects
- Bringing in fresh ideas, driving new technologies and supporting the further development of our systems
What You Bring
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, telematics specialist EFZ or electrical installer EFZ with further training in telecommunications or an equivalent ICT qualification
- Preferably with HF further training
- Experience in project management, ideally in the ICT environment
- Experience with modern telephony platforms such as Teams, Innovaphone, Ascom as well as knowledge in the field of network technology
- Independent and structured working style with great personal responsibility
- Strong presentation skills and confident in dealing with decision-makers
- Enjoyment of communication, organisation and teamwork
- Solution-oriented thinking and pragmatism
- Good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills are an advantage
