To strengthen our Human Resources Department, we are looking for a

HR Specialist Controlling, Compensation & Projects 60 - 80%

Your new challenge

In this newly created specialist role, you will take on a central role in the further development of HR management and create transparency regarding Swissmedic’s personnel and financial resources. You provide meaningful HR key figures and analyses and support managers as well as the executive management with well-founded decision-making bases. Responsibility for HR controlling, personnel planning, compensation & benefits as well as participation in and management of demanding HR projects are part of your diverse range of tasks. You continuously develop HR reporting, prepare forecasts and scenarios for personnel and cost development, and accompany the budgeting process from an HR perspective. In doing so, you analyse personnel and remuneration data, prepare salary rounds, conduct benchmark comparisons and support job evaluations as well as the further development of remuneration instruments. Furthermore, you take responsibility in strategic and operational HR projects. You contribute to the digitalisation and optimisation of HR processes, formulate requirements for systems and reporting solutions, and make an important contribution to the further development of Swissmedic’s HR landscape.

Your profile

You have a higher education qualification in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration and/or Controlling and bring several years of professional experience in HR controlling, compensation & benefits. You work independently, in a structured and careful manner, take responsibility and bring projects to a targeted conclusion. As a customer- and service-oriented personality, you advise managers at eye level and convince with your analytical and conceptual skills.
