This exciting and varied position offers a broad interface function to different company areas and allows active participation in the financial management and development of Bruker Switzerland.

Tasks/Responsibilities

• Collaboration with stakeholders to monitor cost development in the areas of G&A, S&M and R&D
• Monitoring inventory key figures and ensuring proper accounting
• Carrying out monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities (SAP runs, creation of FI posting documents, BPC reporting)
• Collaboration with HR & FP&A to report employee numbers in accordance with guidelines
• Implementation of FP&A requirements in SAP cost allocation
• Conducting budgeting and forecasting including variance analyses for G&A and S&M
• Management of CAPEX requests and support of the company with related queries
• Preparation of SOX controls and ensuring compliance in the respective areas
• Opportunity to contribute your own ideas and actively shape topics depending on interest and company needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a focus on controlling
• Initial experience in controlling, ideally in an industrial company
• Additional experience in accounting is an advantage
• Understanding of business processes and controlling reporting in an industrial company
• German language skills (at least C1) and English language skills (at least B2)
• Initial experience with SAP or S/4 HANA, especially in FI and CO as well as related modules
• Advanced MS Office skills with Excel expertise
• Cooperative, reliable and team-oriented mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Willingness to collaborate across groups/functions/departments
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritise according to requirements
• Works with a high degree of ethics, integrity and professionalism
