The following challenges await you:
- 1st and 2nd level IT user support for Windows and Office
- Installation and maintenance of PCs and notebooks
- Mobile Device Management and software distribution
- Ensuring IT security of user devices according to ISO 27001 requirements and company policies
- Planning, testing and implementing operational software
- Administration and configuration of network switches and VLANs
- Installation and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers
- Domain administration and user management
- Troubleshooting and prevention of IT infrastructure faults
- Support in the vocational training of apprentices
What you bring with you:
- Qualification as an IT specialist EFZ / professional certificate
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical and logical thinking
- Accuracy and sense of responsibility
- Customer-oriented attitude in collaboration with internal and external customers (colleagues, partners)
- Goal-oriented and proactive
- Positive attitude towards work tasks and team spirit
