For the IT department of Stiftung Bühl, we are looking for a

System Technician 80 - 100%

Your tasks

• Support, planning and setup of on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures
• Planning, conception and implementation of exciting projects
• Independent operation of various, partly complex environments and carrying out maintenance work
• Support in the further development of the system architecture (e.g. VMware & M365)
• Creating concepts, technical specifications and documentation (e.g. security concepts for backup infrastructures)
• Automation and further development of various tasks and processes
• Support in the helpdesk

Your qualifications

• Completed training in computer science (EFZ/HF/FH)
• Several years of practical experience as a Windows System Engineer
• Solid experience in building and operating system environments
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Client and Windows Server 2022 / 2025, M365 Cloud (Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online), Veeam, VMWare and basic networking knowledge (Cisco)
• Good know-how in the following technologies is a plus: Citrix Desktop (XenApp etc.), Firewall (Watchguard)
• Enthusiasm for new technologies and willingness for continuous development through training and certifications
• Team spirit and strong communication skills
• Fluent German and good English skills
