Your Tasks
- Active support of children and adolescents in their daily lives as well as in acute situations
- Ensuring nursing and social pedagogical care in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry
- Interprofessional work with parents, core team, and reference system
- Internal organisation and coordination of emergency admissions (short intervention and therapy area)
- Active shaping of a resource-promoting milieu-therapeutic treatment setting
- Assistance in the training of apprentices and students on the ward
Your Profile
- Completed, recognised vocational training in the HF/FH field (recognition certificate for foreign qualifications)
- Professional experience in the psychiatric field, preferably in child and adolescent psychiatry
- Willingness to actively participate in development processes
- Independent and solution-oriented working style as well as high resilience
- Willingness to work various shifts on all weekdays (without night shifts)
