IT Service Management Specialist (m/f/d) 80 – 100% - limited to 2 years
For our IT department, we are looking for a new team member immediately or by arrangement
In this role, you support the IT management in the organizational development of IT and make a significant contribution to the professionalization of IT service structures. You operate at the interface of technology, organization, and governance and help build sustainable processes and standards. You work closely with internal stakeholders and take responsibility for structuring and documenting IT services as well as for the further development of IT service management.
The position is limited to two years and is aimed at both career starters with appropriate training and candidates with initial practical experience who want to apply their knowledge purposefully. The workplace is in Dübendorf. Home office is partially possible after the probation period (max. 2 days per week).

What to expect specifically
- Building and establishing IT asset management (based on FitSM / ITIL)
- Definition and further development of IT services including Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Participation in building and further developing the ICT emergency organization
- Assistance in handling audit requirements and their implementation
- Recording, documenting, and optimizing IT processes
- Organizational support in the introduction of new IT services
- Support in organizational and conceptual tasks for the further development of IT
- Participation or occasional leadership of IT projects
- Completed training as a business informatics specialist or comparable qualification
- Alternatively, a completed degree in business or business administration with a strong interest in computer science and further training in IT asset management
- Initial practical experience in the IT environment or motivation to apply learned knowledge in practice
- Basic knowledge in IT service management (ideally ITIL or FitSM)
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Enjoyment of organizational tasks and conceptual work
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
- Good oral and written German and English skills
