CNC Mechanic as Application Technician (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• • Preparing and carrying out preliminary and final acceptance tests at our premises and worldwide at our customers
  • Creating NC programmes on Siemens 840D / One
  • Creating and testing process sequences
  • Conducting grinding trials and demonstrations
  • Creating project-specific documentation and instructions (MS Office)
  • Conducting training on machine operation and programming
  • Worldwide travel activity (customers and sister companies)

Your Qualifications

• • Basic mechanical training
  • Sound knowledge of CNC machine tools and machining (grinding knowledge is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of Siemens 840D controls
  • Good technical understanding
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Analytical thinking, commitment and ability to learn
  • Independent and team-oriented working
  • Correct interaction with our international customers
  • Good German and English skills, spoken and written
  • Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 20%)
