Responsibilities

• You support production with quality issues and derive appropriate measures from identified deviations.
• You follow up on complaints and document the results in meaningful statements.
• You scrutinise processes and operational standards during tours and internal audits.
• You accompany external inspections by customers and certification bodies.
• You contribute your knowledge to further develop the quality management system.

Requirements

• You have a degree as a Food Technician HF, Engineer FH/ETH or BSc / MSc Food Technologist / Food Science
• You are familiar with quality management from your previous work experience.
• You combine a strong commitment to quality with an independent, careful and well-organised way of working.
• You enjoy exchanging ideas with others and actively contribute to the team.
• You communicate confidently in German and English and are proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
