About the job
For our social service in the Centre for Integrated Emergency Psychiatry and Crisis Intervention, we are looking for you from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement as
Tasks
- The main focus in the day clinic is on professional reintegration, in close cooperation with external bodies such as IV/SVA, case managers, and employers
- Advice and support for patients in the areas of housing, work/daily structure, social matters, finances (especially social insurance) and administration as well as child and adult protection
- Support in finding follow-up solutions and organising discharge planning in close cooperation with the patients
- Coordination of assistance in collaboration with institutions, authorities, legal representatives and relatives
- Representation of social work expertise in the interprofessional treatment team consisting of medical, psychological, specialist therapeutic and nursing professionals
- Participation in jointly conducted reports and case discussions
- Active shaping and further development of clinical social work in the PDAG
Profile
- You have a degree from a university of applied sciences for social work and have professional experience in the same or a similar field, especially in the area of professional integration
- Your strengths include a positive view of humanity, social competence, solution orientation as well as a healthy dose of humour and pragmatism
- A competent and confident manner is a matter of course for you
- You are a team player with a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness and are used to setting priorities and working independently
- You place dignity, self-determination and social participation of people with a psychiatric illness at the centre of your work, recognise the associated possibilities and limits and can deal with them professionally
