The company operates in a technologically demanding production environment and combines high quality standards with modern manufacturing processes. Your tasks with the new employer:

• You will take over the professional and personnel management of the quality team and create the foundation for the consistent further development of quality standards
• From product development to delivery, you ensure reliable testing procedures and compliance with defined requirements
• Through targeted analyses, systematic controls, and appropriate improvement measures, you contribute to the sustainable increase of process and product quality
• As a central contact person, you promote quality awareness within the company, support the further development of manufacturing processes, and ensure reliable measurement technology

You offer your new employer:

• A technical basic education as well as further training at HF or FH level form your professional foundation
• You bring several years of experience in quality management and in leading employees, ideally from a manufacturing environment with knowledge of plastics processing
• You communicate fluently in German and professionally convince with your confident handling of common quality methods and testing instruments
